Cities with Casinos in Colorado, CO

Colorado is home to plenty of interesting casinos and poker rooms across the state. Most are located in Black Hawk CO and Central City CO. Both of these are historic mining towns. . Both cities vie for visitors and new plans for construction are underway now. Now a stop along the I119 highway, Blak Hawk is the more bustling casino destination. Even Buffalo Bill once resided there! Both have and old western charm not to be missed. With only 118 people listed in the census of 2000 and only 54 households, Black Hawk has quite a lot of action for a small town. For a very rural gaming experience try Sleeping Ute Mountain, the Ute Mountain Casino with it’s full service hotel. It’s Colorado’s first tribal casino. Hopefully you’ll have plenty of time to explore the nearby Ute Mountain Tribal Park. Colorado is home to so many points of interest from skiing, to the Mile High City of Denver, Pikes Peak, Aspen and Vail, but casino gambling is alive and well here!
